Why it's free.

Enterprise Contacts is free because the problem it solves is small enough to build at near-zero cost, and publishing that promise deliberately is worth more than any revenue it could generate.

The origin

Built to solve a gap I ran into myself.

Microsoft 365 has excellent contact management inside Teams, Outlook, and the web. None of it reaches the native iOS Contacts app — which is where the phone, Mail, Messages, and caller ID actually read from. That gap is small but genuinely annoying, and it existed for every Microsoft 365 tenant I ever worked with.

Enterprise Contacts exists because I built the fix for myself, and it turned out to work for everyone.

The promise

Free forever, for everyone — and that is published deliberately.

There is no paid tier, no trial, no usage cap, and no "free for now" hedge. The promise is on this website so that IT teams and procurement reviews can rely on it. You should not need a budget line or a contract negotiation to deploy Enterprise Contacts. That is the point.

Sustainability

The app runs on a small infrastructure footprint that revenue from unrelated work covers easily. I use Enterprise Contacts in my own Microsoft 365 tenant every day. Keeping it running and maintained is both cheap and personally motivated.

No investor story

There are no investors, no acquisition runway, and no growth target that requires monetisation. The product is maintained by one person who wanted this to exist and can afford to keep it free.
