At a glance

Designed to minimise what leaves the phone.

  • Contact records stay on the user's iPhone
  • Tenant onboarding stores only the Tenant ID and consent date
  • Usage data (counts, durations, error codes) tied to a random install ID and your organisation's tenant ID — switch it off in Settings → Privacy
  • Support data only exists if you contact us directly
  • No cookies, no advertising trackers
Summary

Enterprise Contacts is designed so that as little of your data as possible ever reaches us. The contacts you sync from Microsoft 365 are stored only on your device, encrypted by iOS Data Protection.

The service records the Tenant ID and consent date needed to recognise an authorised Microsoft 365 tenant, and usage data tied to a random installation identifier and your organisation's tenant ID, which you can switch off. Support or privacy messages are only stored if you choose to send them.
